In here I will be showing you how do I make my gifs. :) It’s really easy and simple. :)
1. First of all you should download [VLC] and if you are using mac download the [MAC] version. Then you should have [Photoshop] (This a Photoshop CS3 free for Windows users), any version will do.
2. Open your VLC Player, open your DVD or your video you want to make.
From there, Go to Tools > Preferences > Video > Video Snapshots and there you can set the folder you like them to go in and the title of the files. Reopen the VLC to make the changes.
When you are watching the DVD/Video file you will press SHIFT+S to take a single cap. To make a consecutive caps, hold down SHIFT+S and it will take caps and these are what we gonna use to make gifs.
3. Open your Photoshop
4. Press CTRL+O to Open the caps you are going to use. And click ok.
It will look like this:
As you can see there are many sub windows, that are the caps that we will gonna do make a gif.
5. Put the first window on the other side. It will look like this
6. Now drag the picture on the left to right
Use this tool to make a drag.
After dragging the picture it will look like this
Do this until you finish dragging all of the pictures
And this what will look like
As you can see on the right side there are the layers. On the further steps this layers will become your gifs.
7. Click the first layer and duplicate it 2 times. Set it to Screen and Soft Light
To Duplicate a layer simply right click the layer > Duplicate Layer > Ok
Do it to all the layers and it will look like this
8. Open the animation bar. To open it Go to. Window > Animation
This is what Animation looks like :)
9. On the upper-right corner of the animation bar click the icon > Make frames from layers
In here your animation bar will be look like this
10. As you can see here in the layer that there are 3 eyes, this 3 eyes is for the first box on the animation box and you can see the result on the picture above it
On the next box, do the same thing put 3 eyes. To put an eye just click the boz next to the thumbnail
Do this on every box. Until it will look like this
11. To add a text click the layer on the top. Click the text tool 
to make a text. Then click on the picture you want the text should be.
In my case I only use 6 boxes, there are many more boxes in the animation bar so I need to delete it. I can do it by clicking the box 7 then hold the SHIFT and click the last box. Then click the trash can and delete.

The trash can be see on the lower part of the animation bar.
12. After deleting the boxes. Hold SHIFT and click the last box.
13. Then click the arrow down on the box after the 0 sec. then click other and type 0.17 and click ok. You can play buy hitting the play button.
14. To save your gif. Go to File > Save for Web & Devices > Save
P.S Make sure you gif is 500kb and below. You can change it by Clicking the Image size on the left size of the window. Changing the width and the height of the .gif will lower the size of it. Hit apply and Click Save.
Now you have a gif.
